Stairs in a dream
Stairs in a dream are read as progress: every stair is one step closer to what you want.
In folk belief, stairs show where you are heading. Going up is read as progress at school, at work or in personal goals, and going down as a return to basics and rest after effort. Old dream books say wide, bright stairs mean an easy road, and steep ones that more work awaits you, but a bigger reward too. It is said that how fast you climb does not matter, only that you go at your own pace and do not look back too much.
